Above: the tail of the doomed plane (QZ8501) was found on the sea bed.
Above: more bodies found (a total of 41 bodies been recovered).
Above: press conference: more Air Asia flight from Indonesia suspended.
But, according to Air Asia CEO Tony, the accusation of unauthorized flights by Indonesian transport ministry is NOT TRUE!
The question is, from Who the Air Asia got their permit to fly 7 days a week? Definitely not from the transport minister of Indonesia.
Will Tony Fernandes explain further on what he meant by “an administrative error”?

Although Air Asia is not the only one to blame for the tragic crash of flight QZ8501 on that fatal Sunday, however, it is inevitable that Air Asia had knowingly violated a critical safety element! That is, Air Asia has been quietly flying on Sunday from Surabaya to Singapore WITHOUT PERMISSION !!!
Can the CEO of Air Asia say that he did not know about such serious violation at all? Can he?
Once there’s a weak link exists in aviation safety management, serious incident is just waiting to happen! It is not about will it happen; it is about WHEN it happens!
It is evident that Air Asia had created such a weak link. ie. To quietly conduct its flights from Surabaya to Singapore on Sundays without been authorized!
Therefore the airline should bear a major portion of the blame.

Looks like the more information been released on the tragic Air Asia flight QZ8501, the more surprises are being thrown into the air!
From the media reports, it is quite telling that,
~ the flight operations of that particular Indonesian airport authority is rather poor and very lacking in professional management as well as not adhering to SOPs.
~ the Air Asia pilots were not taking their flight serious enough, to ensure that they at least acquire the necessary weather information to be more prepared for flying that route. They should know that this period of time the weather condition in that particular region has been stormy! There’s no excuse for the pilots to overlook the most basic requirement on their preflight preparation – SAFETY.
~ It cannot be overemphasized that in aviation sector Safety remains the sole objective and most crucial element of Cockpit Resource Management (CRM).
~ in this instance, the pilots of flight QZ8501 were flying the plane with 162 passengers under their charge, blindly into the Perfect Storm!!!

According to the CNN report above, apparently Indonesian authority openly declared that, Air Asia’s crashed plane flight QZ8501 was unauthorized to fly on that Sunday!
Apparently the airline was ONLY approved to fly the route four days a week but it did not include Sunday.
Is that possible? And yet the doomed flight was “allowed” to taxi to the runway and “cleared” to take off?!
If the airline (Air Asia) was only authorized to fly on four days a week NOT including Sunday, isnt it the airline would have to file a special flight plan to the airport’s Flight Operations for that fatal Sunday right? Apparently Air Asia also had another flight in the evening on the same route the same Sunday.
So, the million-dollar question is,
Did Air Asia file special flight plan for Sunday’s flight? If the airline did not do so, then how could the airport authority, including the control tower allow flight QZ8501 to take off?!
And most interestingly, how could flight QZ8501 be allocated a BOARDING GATE in the first place for passengers to embark??? (If without authorization).
That’s to say, does it mean that Air Asia has been given such “UNAUTHORIZED” flights all the while on Sunday with no question asked until the fatal incident happened!?
Or, is this the first and only time that both parties (airport authority and airline) acted quietly on the unauthorized flight? ie. airline did not file a special flight plan and the authority didn’t check on it before it took off(?).
Now there are more questions adding on the myth of flight QZ8501…
